Job Description: Operational Manager (Event Company)

Location: Dugbe, Ibadan

Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Salary: ₦150,000 monthly

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Operational Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of our event company and other business sections. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth operations and successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations across multiple business units.
• Plan, organize, and manage events from conception to completion.
• Lead and motivate staff to achieve performance goals.
• Ensure efficient resource allocation and cost management.
• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Monitor operational performance and implement improvements.
• Prepare reports and provide strategic recommendations to management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3–4 years proven experience in operations management, preferably within the event industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Must reside close to Dugbe for easy commute.
