Operator 1, Molding

We are hiring Molding Operator , to support manufacturing and production operations in Columbus, Nebraska. The ideal candidate will have previous manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team-oriented production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine production tasks, including filling, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspecting products.
• Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines.
• Maintain accurate production records and logs in accordance with FDA, GMP, and ISO 9000 requirements.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards and production specifications are met.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals.
• Follow written instructions, perform basic mathematical calculations, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Rotate between production tasks and responsibilities as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is strongly preferred.
• Approximately 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and follow instructions in English.
• Basic math and documentation skills.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts and flexible or extended hours.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
