As our business continues to grow, we're looking for dependable Machine Operators to join our 2nd Shift team. If you're mechanically inclined, enjoy hands-on work, and want to build a long-term career in manufacturing, we'd love to meet you.

Schedule

• 1st or 2nd Shift
• 10% shift premium paid on all hours worked

What You'll Do

• Operate CNC machining equipment to produce precision parts according to production requirements.
• Load and unload materials while monitoring machine operation throughout the production cycle.
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Read blueprints, work instructions, and job travelers to verify product specifications.
• Identify quality concerns and notify supervisors or machinists when adjustments are needed.
• Work with teammates to improve safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency.
• Assist with other production tasks as needed to support customer delivery schedules.
• Work overtime when necessary to help meet production demands.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
• CNC machining experience a plus but not required.
• Ability to read basic blueprints and follow written work instructions.
• Experience using measuring and inspection equipment is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Basic math and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable attendance
