Operator 6, MFG

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Production Equipment & Spare Parts Management – 50%
• Management of equipment in production line: equipment requisition, equipment returning, equipment transfer, etc
• Inventory of fixed assets in production line
• Reporting equipment malfunctions on the MEP system for production lines
• Requisition and distribution of spare parts for production equipment.
• Assets & Consumables Administration – 50%
• Management of EHS labor protection supplies for production: requisition, distribution, etc.
• PR application for production fixed assets and tooling fixtures.
• Management of IT assets: requisition, return to warehouse, reporting for repair, etc.

Education & Experience

• Secondary vocational school diploma or above
• Candidates with more than one year of work experience or relevant experience is preferred

Skills

• High level of discipline and sense of responsibility
• Proficient in job-related systems
• Strong interpersonal, teaming, and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates with electrical professional knowledge and experience are preferred; possession of an electrician certificate is an advantage
• Ability to adapt to night shift

Working Conditions

• Working conditions typical of a climate controlled and professional production environment. This role routinely uses standard equipment such as computers, assembly and testing machine, etc.
