Stranger Soccer is expanding globally and is looking for an Operator License Owner to launch, manage, and grow our football platform in Oman.

This is not a conventional management job-its an opportunity to build and operate your own local football operation while making football more accessible in your city. Its ideal for entrepreneurial individuals who are passionate about the game and driven to create meaningful, lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Launch and grow Stranger Soccer in Oman
• Build partnerships with football venues and secure quality playing locations
• Recruit, coordinate, and support Official Hosts and local team members
• Drive marketing initiatives to attract players and grow the community
• Oversee game operations and deliver an outstanding player experience
• Identify opportunities to improve and expand the local operation
• You'll receive support from our Singapore headquarters, including:
  • A technology platform for app, payments, and operations
  • Proven operating systems and processes
  • Ongoing guidance across operations, marketing, and growth

Who We're Looking For

• Passion for football and a strong understanding of the local football community
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership
• Experience managing operations and delivering measurable results
• Background in operations, community management, or customer experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
