Operator Assistant- Coaters, 12hr nights (7pm-7am)

Newly hired employees within the Coater department enjoy many opportunities for growth, benefits, and pay increases. Newly hired team members start out as an Operator Assistant. From there, employees have the opportunity to move up the progression into a Senior Operator level team member in 3 years or less. Senior Operators within the Coater department make in excess of $60,000 per year when on the 12-hour schedule, and also have the opportunity for yearly performance bonuses in excess of $2000! On top of all that, Coater department employees are eligible for quarterly bonuses based on the ability to meet company goals!

General work duties for the Coater Operator Assistant include working safely to support team-operated coating machines. This includes picking and prepping raw materials, loading/unloading product on the machines, housekeeping, and assisting operators wherever necessary.
