Operator Assistant, Winder Department (2nd or 3rd shift)

Newly hired employees within the Winder Department enjoy many opportunities for growth, benefits, and pay increases. Newly hired team members start out as an Operator Assistant. From there, employees have the opportunity to move up the progression into a Senior Operator level team member in 3 years or less and also have the opportunity for yearly performance bonuses!

General work duties for the Winder Operator Assistant include working safely to support team-operated slitting and winding machines. This includes picking and prepping raw materials, loading/unloading product on the machines, housekeeping, and assisting operators wherever necessary.

Work Schedule: 2nd shift (3pm-11pm, Mon-Fri) or 3rd shift (11pm-7am, Sun-Fri) both include shift premium pay of $2/hr.; Overtime as needed.
