Operator: Automatic visual inspection machine

Role & responsibilities

• Operate the Truking inspection machine for insulin products as per approved SOPs.
• Perform machine setup, parameter verification, and routine operation.
• Inspect vials for visible particles, defects, fill-volume issues, and container integrity.
• Monitor machine performance and inspection results during operation.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic troubleshooting of the machine.
• Maintain accurate batch records and equipment logbooks.
• Follow GMP, safety, and data-integrity requirements.
• Report machine abnormalities, inspection failures, and quality issues to the supervisor.
