About the role

Operator Bubut responsible for operating lathe machines for the manufacturing and repair of components according to requirements. The role involves reading and understanding technical drawings, measuring workpiece dimensions, ensuring work results meet established quality standards, and maintaining machine and work area cleanliness and condition.

Key responsibilities

• Operate lathe machines for component manufacturing and repair processes according to requirements
• Read and understand technical drawings before performing work processes
• Measure workpiece dimensions to ensure compliance with specifications
• Ensure work results meet established quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness, neatness, and condition of machines and work areas
• Use personal protective equipment and comply with workplace safety procedures
• Report machine issues and work result discrepancies to supervisors

About you

• Minimum education: SMK in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Able to operate conventional lathe machines
• Understand technical drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
• Able to perform lathe processes according to specifications and work requirements
• Understand basic machine maintenance and application of occupational safety and health in work areas
• Meticulous, disciplined, responsible, and able to work collaboratively in a team
• Willing to be placed in Tangerang
