About the role

This role involves providing telephone reception and call transfer services to various departments in a professional manner, screening and welcoming visitors contacting the company, recording incoming and outgoing documents received via post or hand delivery and distributing them to relevant departments, coordinating with various internal departments, clients and contractors, filing and maintaining document records, and performing other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, transfer and route phone calls to various departments professionally
• Screen and welcome visitors and external contacts coming to the company
• Record documents received via post or hand delivery and distribute to relevant departments
• Coordinate and liaise with various internal departments, clients and contractors
• File and maintain incoming and outgoing document records
• Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors

About you

• Bachelor's degree
• 1-5 years of experience
• Bright and cheerful personality with a passion for service work
• Enjoy coordinating with people both internally and externally
• Positive attitude
• Strong organisational and management skills
