Operator

This position will be based at Gigafactory Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (Sepang)

Responsibilities:

Machine Operation:

• Operate assigned machines, tools and workstations in accordance with SOPs, work instructions and line requirements.
• Perform routine start-up, shutdown and basic operating checks before and during production.

Production Support:

• Record production output, process readings and abnormalities accurately and promptly.
• Segregate non-conforming items and escalate issues to the supervising engineer.

Housekeeping & Safety:

• Maintain good housekeeping, 5S and cleanliness at the workstation and surrounding area.
• Comply strictly with safety instructions, PPE requirements and operating controls.

Continuous Support:

• Support changeover, cleaning, routine inspections and other assigned operational
• Participate in training and follow instruction from line supervisor and engineers.

Qualification and Requirement:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; candidates with Technical Certificate or TVET qualifications are highly encouraged to apply.
• TVET qualifications in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Engineering or other relevant technical fields will be an added advantage.
• Relevant experience in a factory or production environment is preferred.
• Able to follow work instructions, operate equipment safely and maintain accurate records.
