- Coordinate with the operations and maintenance teams to ensure smooth and safe plant operations.

- Ability to understand and follow instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety guidelines.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and operational environment.
