What they need
We are currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Operators to join our Production team. The role is open for Masking Operator or Polishing Operator positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform masking or polishing work according to production requirements
- Follow work instructions, SOPs, and quality standards
- Ensure products meet required quality specifications
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation
- Report any defects, machine issues, or abnormalities to the supervisor
- Comply with safety regulations and company policies
- Perform other duties as required by the supervisor or management
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent
- No experience required; training will be provided
- Experience in manufacturing/production is an added advantage
- Able to work in shift and overtime if required
- Good attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn
- Attention to detail and quality-focused
