Operator

Summary

Operator is responsible for production and transferring batches while handling hoses, piping and pumps to fulfill

production and shipping schedules.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

• Understand production flow

• Be able to effectively operate equipment as required.

• Observes the production by checking physical samples and making adjustments to ensure the production remains

efficient.

• Monitors filtration unit, tank levels, nutrient levels in tanks, the production computer.

• Mixes batches as needed

• Monitors several pumping operations at the same time, aware of all pumping destinations and stops operations if

necessary.

• Load and unload tankers with various products

• Inspecting each truck to be sure it is clean before loading.

• Follow safety rules and keep work area in a clean condition.

• Troubleshoot abnormal conditions and notify supervisor.

• Responsible for product quality.

• Conduct periodic laboratory analysis to monitor processes and log results.

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
