What they need
* Operate machinery and tools according to work instructions and safety procedures.
* Perform cleanroom panel assembly and related production tasks.
* Ensure cleanliness and housekeeping standards are maintained in the cleanroom area.
* Follow quality requirements and report any defects or abnormalities.
* Handle materials and finished products carefully to avoid damage or contamination.
* Meet daily production targets as assigned by the supervisor.
* Comply with cleanroom protocols, PPE requirements, and safety rules.
* Record basic production data and work progress when required.
* Support team members and production activities as needed.
* Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by the superior.
