Role & responsibilities

• Assist in sterile injectable manufacturing and filling operations as per approved SOPs and GMP requirements.
• Operate and monitor production equipment under the guidance of senior personnel.
• Follow aseptic practices, gowning procedures, and cleanroom requirements.
• Perform line clearance, equipment cleaning, and area cleaning activities as per SOPs.
• Maintain accurate BMR/BPR and production records.
• Follow safety, GMP, GDP, and data integrity requirements.
• Report equipment abnormalities, deviations, and process-related issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the production area.
• Support routine production activities and achieve daily production targets.

Preferred candidate profile

• Diploma qualified
• Basic knowledge of GMP and sterile manufacturing practices.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
• Ability to learn and follow SOPs and instructions.
• Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to work in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment are encouraged to apply.
