Role & responsibilities
- Set up and operate thread rolling machines for stainless steel threaded bars.
- Produce threaded bars ranging from M6 to M22.
- Install, align, and adjust thread rolling dies for different thread sizes and pitches.
- Perform machine setup during size changes.
- Inspect threaded products using thread gauges (Go/No-Go), vernier calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
- Carry out routine preventive maintenance and daily machine inspections.
- Should have knowledge about the Metric thread standards.
