Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to set up, maintain, and operate machinery in our facility. You will be responsible for ensuring that equipment operates safely and efficiently to produce high-quality outputs that meet company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Machine Operation & Setup: Set up, calibrate, and operate production machinery according to operational guidelines and daily production schedules.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished products for quality, precision, and adherence to specifications; remove defects or non-conforming materials.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform basic routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs on equipment; report major technical faults to technical supervisors.
• Material Handling: Load raw materials into machines and carefully monitor equipment during operation to prevent jams or breakdowns.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to company safety protocols, guidelines, and proper usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Record Keeping: Maintain daily production logs, output counts, downtime tracking, and shift reports accurately.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma / SSLC / Higher Secondary or ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical or related technical field preferred.

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment (Freshers with relevant technical training may apply).

• Skills:

• Understanding of machine controls, safety mechanisms, and basic mechanical troubleshooting.

• Ability to read technical drawings, blueprints, or production manuals.

• Good hand-eye coordination, physical stamina, and attention to detail.
