Join our Fuels Business! We are a specialized leader in fuel inspection, certification, and quality services. Following an exciting strategic transition, we are now looking for an Operator for our business in Romania. You will be part of our international Team, reporting to the Operations Manager, and based at our office in Constanta. 📌 Key Responsibilities Enter and maintain operational data in the required reporting system. Verify the accuracy and completeness of information before processing. Update records and resolve data discrepancies when identified. Process and maintain inspection, testing, and shipment documentation. Coordinate with inspectors, laboratories, customer service, and operations teams to obtain missing information. Generate standard reports and data extracts as required. Maintain data quality and comply with company procedures and confidentiality requirements. 🎯 What We're Looking For Higher education degree. English proficiency level: minimum B1. Experience in data entry, administration, or operations support is preferred. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
