Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Production Operator 3 to perform assembly, disassembly, inspection, testing, and repair of mobile phones and other electronic devices. This position is responsible for maintaining product quality, handling materials, and meeting daily production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, disassemble, repair, and test electronic devices using hand tools and specialized equipment.
• Inspect products and components for defects, damage, and quality issues.
• Follow work instructions and quality standards to ensure accurate assembly and repairs.
• Identify, document, and report defective or nonconforming materials.
• Handle, organize, and maintain inventory of production materials and supplies.
• Assist with packaging, material handling, and scrap management.
• Monitor equipment and tools for damage or malfunctions and report issues to supervisors.
• Support and train junior production operators as needed.
• Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) procedures and wear required protective equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing activities.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Production Operator II or equivalent manufacturing experience.
• Experience in electronics assembly, testing, inspection, or repair.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and production procedures.
• Basic knowledge of material handling, inventory control, and production processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects.
• Ability to use hand tools and manufacturing equipment safely.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Familiarity with 5S, lean manufacturing, and quality standards preferred.

Work Environment

• Manufacturing and production floor environment.
• Requires prolonged sitting, standing, or walking.
• Must follow safety, quality, and ESD protection procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting production deadlines.
