Operator CNC

What you'll be doing (Job Description):

• Operate CNC machines according to technical drawings and work instructions.
• Perform machine setup before production.
• Ensure machined parts meet quality and dimensional requirements.
• Conduct routine machine checks and maintain machine cleanliness.
• Report machine issues or operational problems to the supervisor.

What we're looking for (Qualifications):

• Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) or equivalent.
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a CNC Operator in a shipyard (Mandatory).
• Able to operate CNC machines and read technical drawings.
• Skilled in machine setup, tool setting, and using precision measuring instruments.
• Good understanding of machining processes and quality standards.
• Familiar with workplace safety (HSE) procedures.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
