• Precisely set up and operate CNC machines according to blueprints and specifications, ensuring adherence to tight tolerances.
• Monitor machine operations in real-time, making adjustments to optimize cutting speeds, feed rates, and tool paths for maximum efficiency.
• Perform routine quality checks on manufactured parts using precision measuring instruments like calipers and micrometers to verify compliance with standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues or deviations during production runs, minimizing downtime.

Desired Candidate Profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics and manufacturing principles.
• Completion of a vocational training program or apprenticeship in CNC machining is highly preferred.
