What they need
Operator CNC Router – GRC
Untuk mesin QUICK 1325 CS 4.5 kW, material GRC 10 mm, profile ±3 mm, ukuran sheet 1.220 × 2.440 mm.
Kualifikasi:
- Minimal SMA/SMK, diutamakan SMK Teknik Mesin/CNC
- Pengalaman CNC minimal 1 tahun, ideal 2–3 tahun
- Berpengalaman mengoperasikan CNC Router
- Mampu membaca drawing/CAD
- Memahami basic CAD/CAM dan toolpath, dapat membuat desain di CAD lebih disukai
- Mampu melakukan setting X/Y/Z zero dan tool setting
- Memahami pemilihan cutting bit, RPM, feed rate dan depth of cut
- Mampu melakukan dry run sebelum proses cutting
- Mampu membuat profile, hole, slot dan groove pada GRC
- Mampu melakukan QC dimensi dan kedalaman profile
- Mampu melakukan cleaning, maintenance dan troubleshooting dasar
- Teliti, disiplin dan memahami keselamatan kerja
- Bertanggung jawab atas setup, tool setting, program, proses cutting, troubleshooting dan first-piece inspection.
- Memiliki pengalaman mengolah GRC/fiber cement/cement board dengan CNC Router (DIUTAMAKAN)
