Operator- Coating

Role & responsibilities :

• Operate and monitor tablet coating machines as per approved SOPs and Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs).
• Prepare coating solutions/suspensions as per approved manufacturing instructions.
• Monitor critical process parameters such as inlet/outlet temperature, spray rate, atomization air pressure, pan speed, and product bed temperature.
• Ensure uniform coating, desired colour consistency, and acceptable tablet appearance.
• Maintain accurate batch records, equipment logbooks, and production documentation.
• Follow cGMP, EHS, hygiene, and safety requirements during all operations.

Preferred candidate profile :

• 1-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical Production OSD.
• Hands-on experience in tablet coating machine operation is essential.
• Basic knowledge of coating process parameters and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of cGMP, SOPs, BMRs, line clearance, and equipment cleaning.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical documentation and safety practices.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
