What they need
Role & responsibilities ;
- Operate and monitor tablet compression machines as per approved SOPs and Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs).
- Perform machine setup, tooling installation, and adjustment of compression parameters as per approved instructions.
- Monitor critical parameters such as tablet weight, hardness, thickness, friability, and disintegration, as applicable.
- Ensure tablets meet specified quality standards for appearance, weight variation, and physical characteristics.
- Follow cGMP, safety guidelines, hygiene requirements, and data integrity practices.
Preferred candidate profile :
- 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical Production – OSD.
- Hands-on experience in tablet compression machine operation is essential.
- Knowledge of cGMP, SOPs, BMRs, line clearance, and equipment cleaning.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
