The ideal candidate is safety-focused, dependable, and able to work effectively with production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safety of all associates during crane operations by following established safety procedures and load handling requirements.
  • Coordinate closely with Production Team Leaders and Shift Leaders to prioritize and execute crane-related movements in support of production schedules.
  • Support manufacturing flow by ensuring adequate space and staging areas are available for demolded blades and production materials.
  • Conduct pre-operation equipment inspections and report any mechanical, safety, or operational concerns.
  • Assist in maintaining efficient material flow to minimize production downtime and bottlenecks.
  • Train and support other team members as qualified backups for crane operations.
  • Follow all company policies, quality standards, and environmental, health, and safety requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision while remaining focused in a dynamic production setting.
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions, production schedules, and safety requirements.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply.
