Operator - Driller

MACA is looking for skilled Drill Operators to join our business across multiple sites. As a valued member of the team, you will be responsible for operating drills safely and efficiently while supporting daily production targets.

Key responsibilities:

• Safely operate blast hole drills to drill holes to specified depths and patterns according to blast designs
• Conduct pre-start checks and inspect drilling equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
• Work closely with Shotfirers and Supervisors to achieve accurate drill patterns
• Monitor ground conditions and adjust drilling techniques to suit varying terrain and rock types

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Minimum 4 years' experience in drill and blast operations
• Experience with Sandvik D1650i, DP1500i, DR410i & CAT MD6250
• Current drilver's licence
• HR licence (advantageous)
• Strong communication skills
