What You'll Do:

This position reports to the Production Supervisor.

• Follow procedures and SOP’s as written
• Reviews formulation orders for accuracy both when receiving and after they've been completed. Completes and signs off paper work as required
• Ensures that products produced meet Actagros quality and production standards based on scheduled demands
• Reviews production schedules on a daily basis and takes proactive measures to ensure their completion. This includes recommendations to modify the schedule and/or manning as appropriate
• Inspects production equipment to ensure operability and informs supervision of corrective actions to ensure that scheduled products will be formulated per the schedule
• Opening and closing multiple valves daily
• Operate load out pumps
• Ensures that housekeeping standards are always visitor ready
• Operate Packaging Equipment, including but not limited to Box Taper, Filling & Lidding Machine, Stretch Wrapper, & Glue Machine
• May be trained to be part of a confined space entry team
• Help out in other areas of the plant when needed

What You'll Bring:

• Requires a high school diploma/GED
• Must have a minimum of 1 year of forklift experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
• Prefer 3 years of experience working in a chemical environment or 3 years of related experience
• Prefer working knowledge in the area of batch making process
