Operator I - Packaging

Role Overview: This position supports pharmaceutical packaging operations, ensuring accurate preparation, setup, and operation of packaging equipment to meet quality standards.

• Responsibilities: Verify and prepare packaging materials, set up/changeover machines following SOPs, operate and troubleshoot packaging equipment, and collaborate with maintenance for mechanical issues.
• Ensure compliance with cGMPs, safety protocols, and sanitation standards.
• Accurately record batch information, participate in technical and compliance training, and maintain good housekeeping.
• Work as part of a team to meet quality and production goals, contribute to continuous improvement activities, and resolve issues in partnership with quality support.
• Perform related duties as assigned for operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or GED required, with preferred manufacturing experience. Must read, write, and understand English, possess basic math skills, and demonstrate strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work overtime when needed.
