Industrial Services Operators | Worsley South 32, WA

We’re looking for experienced Industrial Services Operators to join our growing team in Worsley South 32, WA. If you’ve got the right tickets, a strong work ethic, and enjoy hands-on, physically demanding work, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• High Pressure Water Jetting (HPWJ)
• Vacuum Truck operations
• Industrial cleaning and waste services
• Working across refinery, mining and major industrial sites
• Working 12-hour day and night shifts, including weekends

What You Need

• HPW Operator ticket – essential
• Previous High Pressure Water Jetting experience
• Experience working within refinery, mining or heavy industrial environments
• Ability to work 12-hour day and night shifts, including weekends
• Strong safety focus
• Reliable with a strong work ethic and positive team attitude

Highly Regarded

• Previous Supervisor or Team Leader experience
• HR licence or above, with proven heavy vehicle driving experience
• HC licence highly regarded
• Vacuum Truck experience
• Yellow gear tickets and operating experience
• Working at Heights (WAH)
• Confined Space Entry (CSE)
• Current Alcoa and/or South32 site inductions
