OPERATOR (INJECTION MOULDING)

• Report duty to the Supervisor / Line Leader.
• Comply with all instructions and regulations in order to achieve the Company’s Policy, Objectives, Vision, and Mission.
• Always prioritize safety by wearing the provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Attend the daily morning briefing before operations begin.
• Perform 100% inspection on every product coming out from the machine / oven and ensure it meets the quality specifications set by the QC Department and established SOP.
• Report immediately to the Production Supervisor or Technician on duty if any issue arises.
• Achieve the minimum production target as set by the management.
• Carry out touch-up or rework on non-conforming products to ensure they meet the minimum quality standards.
• Always refer to and comply with the established SOP, limit samples, and standard packaging requirements during work.
• Segregate all non-conforming or rejected products into the designated red polybox for QC re-inspection.
• Ensure all outgoing products are properly labeled.
• Assist in ensuring that the Quality Management System is implemented, followed, and maintained effectively.
• Ensure full compliance with the 5S practices as established by the company.
• Comply with and implement all instructions and work methods as stated in the ISO 9001 Quality Manual.
• Assist the Supervisor / Leader during part changeover when required.
• Record and calculate the daily production status and submit it to the Supervisor at the end of each working day.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
