Operator Labourer Pipelayer Civil Construction

Treo Civil is an SA owned company in the civil construction that prides itself on quality, integrity and reliability.

Currently looking for skilled/semi-skilled pipe layers and/or labourers to join our team and assist with delivering infrastructure - we deliver subdivisions, utilities work, streetscape works, pavement construction and earthmoving.

Happy to bring on enthusiastic young personnel and train them and allow them to grow with the business.

Our team are expected to complete all facets of civil works, from operating to pipelaying to labour work - whatever may be required to complete the job and keeps the job interesting!

We are looking for someone willing to drive outcomes and continue to support this growing business.

All of our machines are new models, are kept clean and well maintained.

Tasks Include

• Plant pre-start checks

• Report to site supervisors and other workers to complete tasks.

• Adhere to all safety regulations and standards on site.

• High level of attention to detail and standard

• Installation of underground services such as water, recycled water, sewer, and stormwater, CST

• Excavate trenches and prep for install

• Assist in reading project plans and drawings.

• Assit in site labouring duties including trenching, basic concreting and manual handling tasks

• Operate hand and power tools as required

Minimum requirements:

• White Card
• Licenses preferably MR and up - excavator, roller, skidsteer (i.e. excavator, roller etc) - happy to assist with obtaining tickets + training possibilities for the right candidate
• Pipe-layer/civil construction knowledge is preferable - happy to assist and train as required
• Good work ethic and attention to quality is always paramount - do it once and do it right
• Positive mindset, punctual and reliable to get the job done in a safe and quality manner
• Be willing to learn and take direction from senior crew members
