What they need
Pendidikan: minimal SMA/SMK, diutamakan jurusan Teknik Mesin, Teknik Manufaktur, atau bidang terkait.
Pengalaman kerja: memiliki pengalaman sebagai operator mesin bending CNC/press brake menjadi nilai tambah.
Kemampuan teknis:
- Mengoperasikan mesin CNC Press Brake/Bending.
- Membaca gambar teknik dan memahami ukuran, toleransi, serta sudut bending.
- Memahami jenis dan karakteristik material seperti plat besi, stainless steel, dan aluminium.
- Melakukan setting mesin, memilih tooling, dan melakukan penyesuaian parameter bending.
- Melakukan pengukuran hasil bending menggunakan caliper/jangka sorong, micrometer, angle gauge, atau alat ukur terkait.
- Memahami dasar program atau input parameter pada kontrol CNC.
