Operator - Mobile Crane (50 Ton)

We are looking for a skilled and safety-conscious 50-Ton Mobile Crane Operator to join our operations team in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating mobile cranes safely and efficiently at construction and industrial sites, ensuring all lifting activities comply with company procedures, UAE regulations, and applicable safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 50-ton mobile crane in accordance with approved lifting procedures and safety requirements.
• Conduct daily pre-operation inspections of the crane, hydraulic systems, and safety devices.
• Review load charts, lifting plans, site conditions, and rigging requirements before commencing lifting operations.
• Coordinate with riggers, signalmen, and site supervisors to ensure safe and efficient lifting activities.
• Maintain daily equipment operation logs and inspection records.
• Identify and report equipment defects, malfunctions, and potential safety hazards.
• Perform routine equipment checks and basic preventive maintenance.
• Follow all site safety rules, company policies, and applicable UAE regulations.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and unsafe working conditions.
• Coordinate with the site team to ensure smooth and timely project execution.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Valid UAE mobile crane operator licence/certification for a 50-ton crane or equivalent, as applicable.
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience operating mobile cranes at construction or industrial sites.
• Good knowledge of crane load charts, lifting operations, rigging techniques, and safety procedures.
• Ability to read and understand load charts, lifting plans, and site instructions.
• Strong awareness of site hazards and safe lifting practices.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work outdoors and under varying site conditions.
• Responsible, safety-conscious, and capable of working effectively as part of a team.
• Experience with ADNOC or other oil and gas projects will be an advantage.
