Position: Operator On Site - SIMRS

As part of our commitment to support hospital digital transformation, we are seeking a Operator On Site to be assigned at RSUD Kota Serang.

This position ensures that hospital data remains reliable, secure, and accessible, supporting safe, efficient, and high-quality healthcare services. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with digital systems in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure data consistency and completeness across all SIMRS modules.
• Assist and provide training or assistance to hospital staff on how to use the SIMRS effectively.
• Monitor system performance and report errors or system problems to the IT team.
• Generate routine reports from SIMRS as required by management or relevant departments.
• Support system updates, testing, and implementation of new SIMRS features when needed.
• Receiving and selecting contumize requests from users to be forwarded to the programmers.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Health Information Management, or related fields.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Proficient in computer applications (Microsoft Office, Visio, Etc)
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
• Willing to be stationed full-time at RS Kencana Serang.
