We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious Machine Operator to join our team at SCIENTEX GREAT WALL (KLANG) SDN. BHD. in Kapar, Selangor. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring production machinery to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient manufacturing processes.

The role involves setting up and operating machines according to production requirements, monitoring machine performance, checking product quality, and ensuring that production targets and quality standards are met. The Machine Operator will also perform basic machine maintenance, troubleshoot minor operational issues, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

What you'll be doing

• To ensure the smooth and efficient running of the machine assigned.
• To assist production to optimize output, reduce rejects and wastages.
• To assist production in monitoring and recording the accurate input and output, rejects, wastage, machine hours and downtime reports.
• To perform machine operation or any task which related to production.
• To conduct the In Process Quality Control (IPQC) function and recording as required correctly.
• To perform and maintain cleanliness at his/her work station.
