Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Operations / Production Executive role based in New Delhi. We are looking for a hands-on professional with 2–4 years of experience in production, fabrication, or operations (preferably in exhibitions, events, interiors, or related industries).

The role involves managing end-to-end production of exhibition stalls and brand experiences — from material planning and workshop coordination to quality checks and on-site installation support. The candidate will work closely with design, sales, and site execution teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage production schedules for exhibition stalls and related projects as per Event timelines.
• Coordinate with the design team for working drawings, material specifications, and technical feasibility.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the fabrication workshop, including carpentry, painting, branding, and assembly teams.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials and manage inventory to avoid project delays.
• Conduct quality checks at different stages of production before dispatch to site.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and installation teams for smooth on-ground execution.
• Track project progress and escalate any production or logistical issues to the reporting manager.
• Maintain proper documentation of production status, material usage, and project handover.
• Support continuous improvement in processes to improve efficiency and reduce rework.

Qualifications & Key Attributes

• 2–4 years of experience in production, operations, fabrication, or project coordination (exhibition, event, interior, or manufacturing background preferred).
• Strong understanding of production workflows, material planning, and quality control.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with design, sales, and on-site teams.
• Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Practical knowledge of fabrication processes (carpentry, metalwork, painting, modular systems) will be an advantage.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and willingness to learn project tracking tools.
• Willingness to visit sites and support installations when required.
• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in any field; technical or industrial background is a plus.
