Operator, Surveillance

JOB BRIEF

The Operator, Surveillance provides monitoring, analysis and protection of all revenue-generating activity within the boundaries of LaVie Resort & Casino. To ensure that any infraction of the law, policies, and procedures or illicit and illegal activities are logged and reported to the Supervisor, Surveillance or higher in a timely manner.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and analyze gaming, cash handling, and customer/staff activities through surveillance systems to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Detect, investigate, document, and promptly report suspicious, irregular, illegal, or procedural violations to appropriate personnel.
• Review surveillance footage, transactions, gaming operations, and equipment performance to protect operational integrity and support investigations.
• Maintain accurate surveillance records, reports, and evidence files while ensuring the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Operate surveillance technology and communication systems effectively, collaborate with team members and other departments, and provide timely operational support as needed.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• No Work Experience required.
• Tertiary level desired / Complete Senior Highschool
• Any College course/degree
