About the Role

We are looking for Machine Operator Trainees to join our Production team at Meerakunj Polymers Pvt. Ltd. The role involves operating and monitoring production machinery, maintaining production quality and safety standards, and supporting smooth day-to-day manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machines as per standard operating procedures.
• Learn and understand machine operations, settings, and production processes.
• Monitor production output and ensure products meet quality requirements.
• Carry out basic machine checks and report abnormalities to the supervisor.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and workplace safety standards.
• Follow production schedules and achieve assigned production targets.
• Handle raw materials and finished products as required.
• Record basic production and machine-related data.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and work instructions.
• Support senior operators and supervisors in smooth production operations.

Qualification

• ITI / Diploma / Engineering candidates preferred.
• Candidates with relevant manufacturing or machine-operating experience may also apply.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.

Experience

• Freshers to 5 years of relevant experience can be considered.
• Candidates with experience in plastics, pipe manufacturing, extrusion, injection moulding, or similar manufacturing industries will be preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Basic understanding of machine operations.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
• Good learning attitude and discipline.
• Ability to follow safety and quality procedures.
• Basic troubleshooting awareness will be an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a production team.

Compensation

₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on qualification, experience, and skill level.
