Attività principali
- Gestione telefonica delle pratiche affidate
- Contatto con clienti per attività di recupero crediti
- Gestione accordi e piani di rientro
- Aggiornamento delle attività a gestionale
Requisiti
- Buone capacità comunicative e relazionali
- Attitudine alla negoziazione
- Utilizzo base del PC
- Esperienza nel recupero crediti o call center gradita, ma non indispensabile
