6. Ensuring loading/ blending of different varieties of RM as per the ratio mentioned

in the process order.

7. Verification and monitoring of all Critical control measures for food safety

8. Maintain the optimum availability of solvent to achieve yield and throughput

9. Update display boards

10. Housekeeping: Maintain equipment and plant conditions

11. Follow all defined systems and work instructions (IMS requirements)

12.Timely highlighting issues (breakdowns, repairs, quality issues, etc.) to the Plant

In-charge and Shift In-charge.

13. Ensuring proper labeling, tagging and weighment(tare weight and gross weight) of

filled product barrels.

14. Maintaining personal hygiene.

15. Minimize the solvent loss and maximize the yield

16. Updating of consumable usage and stock
