We are seeking a qualified and experienced Ophthalmologist to join our medical center on a revenue-sharing basis. The ideal candidate should hold a valid MOH license and be on a self or spouse visa, with the ability to deliver high-quality eye care services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of eye conditions and diseases
• Perform comprehensive eye examinations and vision tests
• Manage conditions such as cataract, glaucoma, refractive errors, infections, and retinal disorders
• Prescribe medications, corrective lenses, and treatment plans
• Perform minor ophthalmic procedures (if applicable)
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation as per MOH guidelines
• Ensure proper clinical documentation for insurance and audit purposes
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for patient management
• Adhere to DHA/MOH regulations, clinical protocols, and ethical standards

Eligibility Criteria:

• Valid MOH License / Eligibility Letter as Ophthalmologist
• Own Visa / Spouse Visa (mandatory)
• Minimum 2–5 years of UAE experience preferred
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
• Good communication and patient-handling skills

Compensation:

• Attractive Revenue Sharing Model (percentage to be discussed based on experience and services)

Additional Requirements:

• Immediate joiners preferred
• Willing to relocate near Ajman (if required)
