Are you creative, trend-aware, and interested in social media and e-commerce? Join our team as an E-Commerce Social Media Intern and gain hands-on experience in creating content, managing TikTok engagement, analyzing trends, and supporting livestream activities.

What You'll Do

Content Creation

• Assist in creating TikTok content from brainstorming and filming to editing and posting.
• Develop creative content ideas based on current trends and the brand’s identity.
• Participate in TikTok video shoots and content production.

Social Media Engagement

• Engage with the TikTok community through comments, likes, and direct messages.
• Monitor viral trends, challenges, hashtags, and popular keywords.
• Help grow the brand’s TikTok presence and follower community.

Data & Trend Analysis

• Research trending topics and content opportunities.
• Analyze audience demographics, interests, behaviors, and feedback.
• Conduct competitor research and monitor their social media strategies.
• Use insights to help improve content, posting schedules, and engagement strategies.

Livestream Support

• Assist with technical preparation and troubleshooting during livestreams.
• Conduct pre-livestream checks and rehearsals.
• Monitor livestreams and help address technical or platform-related issues.
• Document issues and solutions to improve future livestreams.
• Share troubleshooting best practices with the Social Media team.

Role Details

Location: BGC, Taguig (full-time onsite)
