• Master the calendar: A Customer Service Appointment Scheduler is the Ultimate Matchmaker and Gatekeeper of Time for our business!
• Keep the conversation going: Follow up with past clients and nurture new leads via text, email, and phone.
• Track the wins: Log your daily activity and customer notes accurately in our CRM system.
