We have an exciting opportunity for a Java Production Support / Application Support Engineer with one of our prestigious clients.

Job Details:

• Experience: 3-6 Years
• Role: L2 Production Support / Application Support
• Location: Remote
• Notice Period: Immediate

Key Skills:

• Strong experience in Java (code debugging, log analysis, stack trace analysis)
• Hands-on experience in SQL and database troubleshooting
• Good knowledge of Unix/Linux
• Experience in Incident, Problem & Change Management
• Understanding of Microservices and REST APIs
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Datadog, Grafana, AppDynamics
• Exposure to AWS Cloud is an added advantage
• Prior exposure to Banking/BFSI domain is preferred
