Opration Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality, Warehouse, Accounts, Sales, and other departments.
• Follow up on purchase orders, material availability, dispatches, deliveries, and pending requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, customers, and logistics partners.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports, records, MIS, and documentation.
• Track orders, deliveries, inventory-related requirements, and operational timelines.
• Ensure timely communication and follow-up on pending tasks.
• Handle documentation related to operations and maintain proper records.
• Assist management in monitoring daily operational performance.
• Identify operational issues and coordinate with concerned teams for timely resolution.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and applicable pharmaceutical industry requirements.
• Support scheduling of meetings, follow-ups, and other coordination activities.
• Perform any other operational or coordination duties assigned by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate degree in B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a relevant field.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, coordination, administration, or a related role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, email communication, and documentation.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
• Problem-solving attitude with strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical operations, documentation, and compliance will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
