Opration Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Operations Manager for our corporate office in Surat to oversee and streamline end-to-end jewellery business operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth inter-departmental coordination, maintain inventory accuracy, and drive overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operations from the corporate office
• Oversee inventory planning and stock management (gold, diamond, and finished jewellery)
• Coordinate with vendors, karigars, and manufacturing units
• Ensure quality control and adherence to operational processes
• Handle order processing, dispatch, and logistics management
• Monitor billing, documentation, and record maintenance
• Prepare MIS reports and perform operational analysis
• Improve workflow efficiency and implement cost-control measures
• Collaborate with sales, accounts, and marketing teams
• Lead and manage the operations team effectively

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in jewellery operations (corporate setup preferred)
• Strong knowledge of inventory and supply chain management
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
