Opration Manager

• Primary Focus: Tactical and daily execution of property functions rather than long-term macro strategy.
• Key Relationship: Acts as the bridge between department heads (Housekeeping, F&B, Front Office, Maintenance) and executive leadership. [1, 2]

Core Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Manage day-to-day workflow across reception, guest services, housekeeping, banquets, and support departments. [1, 2]
• Guest Experience: Monitor satisfaction scores, handle escalated guest complaints, and enforce service standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). [1, 2, 3]
• Financial & Budget Oversight: Monitor daily expenses, assist with department budgeting, control inventory/consumables, and track P&L performance. [1, 2, 3]
• Staff Leadership: Lead hiring, shift scheduling, training programs, and performance evaluations for operational teams. [1, 2, 3]
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to health, hygiene, fire safety, and security protocols. [1, 2, 3]

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
