조직 소개

• We here at Nexon Korea are looking for a Localization Coordinator to help us localize anime-inspired narratives and video game content into English, while also helping coordinate workflows between the various parties involved in a localization process.

• We are looking for someone who

· Has an eye for linguistic nuance

· Likes to dive into lore & analyze characters in nerdy detail

· Goes beyond dictionary definitions to accurately perceive the intended effect of a Korean source and reproduce it faithfully in English

· Elicits immersion and engagement through carefully crafted writing

• As this is a hybrid role involving workflow management, we are also looking for someone who

· Enjoys the operational side of making a project run smoothly and efficiently, and is capable of juggling various moving pieces (schedules, vendors, internal stakeholders, etc.) without losing sight of localization quality

· Communicates clearly and proactively with teams and partners both inside and outside the organization, such as development/business teams and vendors

· Can efficiently organize and prioritize tasks when constraints collide to optimally allocate resources within a given situation

주요 업무

• 인게임 스토리 컨텐츠 및 캐릭터 대사의 영어 현지화

• 현지화 일정 조율 및 프로젝트 진행 관리

• 현지화 리소스(파일/버전/외주 발주납품) 관리

• 개발 및 사업 부서 및 외주 업체와의 커뮤니케이션

지원 자격

• 프로젝트 현지화 업무 담당 및 운영 경험이 있으신 분

• 벤더 커뮤니케이션 또는 유사한 조율 업무 경험이 있으신 분

• 관리 업무 경력 2년 이상이신 분

• [필수제출] 직접 작업한 게임/영화/웹툰 등의 한국어 > 영어 번역 결과물 (내러티브-대사 포함 필수)

우대 사항

• 게임 현지화 PM 또는 프로젝트 운영 경험이 있으신 분

• CAT Tool(memoQ 등) 활용 경험이 있으신 분

• 외주 업체 계약/비용 처리 경험이 있으신 분

• LQA 프로세스 이해도가 높으신 분

• 영어권 대중문화, 서브컬처 팬덤 문화에 대한 이해도가 높으신 분

전형 절차

서류전형 → 과제전형 → 면접전형 → 최종합격
