OPT Program Director

Integrated Healthcare Solutions of NC (IHS) is seeking an experienced and motivated OPT Program Director to oversee the planning, development, coordination, and daily operations of the OPT program.

The Program Director will provide leadership to program staff, ensure quality service delivery, maintain compliance with applicable regulations and organizational policies, and support the successful outcomes of individuals served.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations and administration of the OPT program.
• Provide leadership, supervision, and support to program staff.
• Ensure services are delivered in accordance with program requirements and individual needs.
• Monitor program quality, documentation, and compliance.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, families, staff, community partners, and referral sources.
• Review program performance and implement improvements when needed.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management of program staff.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure required documentation is completed timely.
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative leadership regarding program needs.
• Monitor staffing, scheduling, and service delivery.
• Address operational concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Participate in meetings, audits, quality-improvement activities, and other organizational initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
• Previous experience in behavioral health, human services, healthcare, or a related field.
• Previous supervisory or program-management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of documentation, compliance, and service-delivery requirements.
• Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals, families, staff, and community partners.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
